Our sessions are tailored to each individual's wants and needs and designed to be challenging, fun and rewarding.  Utilising a personalised approach coupled with data tracking technology, we’ll build a programme that's an effective partner in helping achieve desired goals and outcomes.


 - Initial Consultation to lay the foundations of our working partnership and agree a road  map to desired outcomes.
 - Movement analysis to determine appropriate exercise and movement goals.
 - One on one session where we evaluate performance and measure improvements.
 - Weekly check in to review progress and feedback on areas of enquiry.
 - Nutritional guidance and lifestyle support.

* All bundle sessions to be taken within a 6 month timeframe.
