What to expect
Let's kick things off with a no-pressure 20-minute conversation to ensure we're aligned. If you choose to move forward, you'll complete a comprehensive health assessment before we begin working together.
Our first 60-minute session cuts through the formalities. We'll talk about who you are—both before and after your cancer diagnosis. I want to understand your relationship with exercise, how you fuel your body, and what challenges you're facing. From there we can begin to map out realistic goals and action steps.
After each coached session, you'll receive detailed notes, video resources, and personalized training plans. While we typically meet weekly, we can adjust the schedule to match your timeline and commitments.
Between our video calls, I'll track your progress through an agreed training platform. Count on regular check-ins via WhatsApp, phone, or email. No automated responses here—you get direct access to me for questions, feedback, or concerns.
Your program adapts to your life, not the other way around. Whether you're dealing with treatment side effects or juggling a packed schedule, we'll build a plan around activities you actually enjoy and the time you realistically have.
