An opportunity to step back from regular life and immerse into a day of fitness sessions, nourishing food and quality relaxation.



A day dedicated to making you feel wonderful physically and emotionally. We've designed a program which is based around  our core practices of exercise in nature, delicious, nourishing food and opportunity for quality rest and relaxation. This is a great way to sample a typical day on one of our residential retreats if time is limited or simply just to take time out from daily life and replenish energy in both body and mind.
