Weighted Hiking With Functional Strength Work
Trek & Train combines scenic hiking with functional movement using weighted rucksacks and bodyweight exercises. You'll develop real-world strength and endurance through gentle progression. The terrain, fresh air, and natural light work together to regulate your body's rhythms, reduce stress, and restore energy. You'll leave sessions feeling accomplished and calm, not depleted.
What to Expect:
- Either 60 or 90-minute sessions on carefully selected Yorkshire trails
- Progressive weighted ruck training (we start light and build gradually)
- Functional movements woven naturally into beautiful hikes
- Small groups (maximum 4) for personal attention and connection
