We begin with a steady hike into Yorkshire's quieter landscapes, allowing your body to warm naturally and your mind to settle. The rhythm of walking, combined with morning light and fresh air, begins the process of circadian reset before we've even reached our practice spot.

Once we arrive, we move into outdoor yoga—breathwork, mobility work, and grounding practices surrounded by hills, trees, or moorland. No mirrors, no comparisons, just your body moving in the space it was designed for. The practice integrates what the hike has already begun: regulated breathing, present-moment awareness, and reconnection with natural rhythms.

The return journey is a silent walking meditation. No conversation, just footfall and breath. This final practice allows the morning's work to settle deeply, carrying the calm back into your daily life rather than rushing immediately back into noise and demand.
