Tailored to where you are now and where you'd like to be — challenging, considered, and properly enjoyable. We work with strength, mobility, and aerobic capacity in the context of the wider picture: how you sleep, how your energy moves through the day, how your body is being asked to perform under the rhythms of modern life.
The aim isn't simply to make you fitter. It's to build a body that supports the life you want to live — in your forties, fifties, sixties and beyond. Strong, mobile, energised, and at home in itself.
Sessions are available in person across Ilkley and the surrounding Wharfedale landscape, or online via video — whichever fits your life best. In-person sessions move indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.

Each block begins with a short conversation about your fitness, energy, sleep, and any past niggles — so sessions fit you rather than a template. Progress is reviewed at the end of each block
