Group Training - Bath & Zoom
Our small group training provides the opportunity to get outdoors and connect with both body and mind in awe inspiring landscapes. We use a mixture of functional movement, circuits and interval training to encourage improvements in strength, agility and aerobic capacity. Our exercises are focused on training the whole body to promote lean muscle growth, which in turn aids metabolism and effective movement in everyday life.
Our classes are designed so that all participants can work to their own capabilities and achieve their own personal fitness goals, we purposefully create a training environment which is supportive and encouraging as well as promoting a welcoming group dynamic.
9.30am Mondays - Bath
9.30am Thursdays - Zoom
Sessions last 1 hour
Bookings are paid for in blocks of five or six weeks, training either once or twice a week. If you book for both Mondays and Thursday sessions, you will received a free 30 minute goal setting session with Nick.
Term Dates until Christmas:
Monday 14th September - Thursday 15th October (5 weeks)
Monday 2nd November - Thursday 10th December (6 weeks)
On Mondays, we meet at the Oldfield Rugby Club, Shaft Road, Monkton Combe, Bath, BA2 7HP. Thursday sessions take place via Zoom.
Please wear clothes that are suitable for physical exercise and bring water for hydration. Participants will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and sign a disclaimer.
We will keep the groups to a maximum of 10 people to ensure that social distancing is possible. There will be no shared equipment or pair work during this time.
